Hello there, I'm Rebecca.
I help visionary founders, leaders and public figures build businesses, lives, and legacies that feel unmistakably their own.
Let's create the next chapter of your business together.
But first...here's a little more about me. I'm a:

Strategic business advisor to early-stage entrepreneurs.
Mom to 1 amazing kid + 1 loyal rescue pup.
Wife to my favorite adventure companion...and so much more.
If my personal mantra were a bumper sticker it would say:
“Life is an Adventure!”
And I've always been eager to enjoy the journey.
I was struck by wanderlust at the age of 16 during a 3-week exchange program to Germany. Since then, I’ve lived, worked and adventured in over 32 countries across 5 continents.
This includes living in Bangkok, Thailand
Studying in Beijing, China
And working in Chittagong, Bangladesh
Traveling isn’t just a hobby for me; outside of my family it’s where I find the most joy and inspiration, and feel the most like myself.
I love to talk business and brand strategy.
But if you really want to get me chatting ask me for a travel recommendation, what I think about the latest celebrity PR fiasco, how to make a gluten free + dairy free brownie taste good, or what it’s like to sell everything and spend 3 years traveling the United States in a 300 square foot RV with my family.

My Story
Let's get to know each other.
My work has always sat at the intersection of strategy, positioning, and risk.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across brand strategy, marketing and crisis management in financial services, technology, and high-growth businesses where decisions carry real consequences.

I’ve advised Fortune 100 companies, startups, and founder-led businesses, and I hold a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Some of that work was proactive, helping companies grow, position themselves, and navigate change.
Some of it wasn’t.
Crisis work has a way of showing you exactly where things went wrong and how early those decisions were made.
Not at the point of failure, but much earlier.
A choice that wasn't questioned.
A concern left behind closed doors.
An assumption that held for too long.
A tradeoff that seemed small at the time.
That perspective stays with you.
When I say that I grew up in a family business, I mean it literally.
My parents owned a motel in a popular vacation destination. The motel office was attached to our home, and as soon as I could speak I was out there helping my parents with the guests. It taught me early on that how people feel when they experience your brand is foundational to business success.
What I've learned in the years since then is that many business owners focus too much on their brand. They get distracted by trends and performative metrics without paying enough attention to the intentional, disciplined work required to operate a sustainable business that lasts.
What I do now
I’m not here to give you more ideas.
I’m here to help you:
see what you might be missing
understand what's holding you back and where you need to focus your attention
move forward with more clarity, discipline and confidence
Sometimes that leads to refinement.
Sometimes it leads to simplification.
Sometimes it leads to a different direction entirely.
All of it leads to more aligned decisions.
My Favorite Things
Favorite part of the job?
Helping a business owner realize the next level in their business and leadership journey.

What do I do in my spare time?
I love to be outside, enjoying walks in nature or anything near the water.
Favorite vacation destination?
I cannot pick just one, but Cape Town, South Africa is definitely a top contender.
